Herbal Chicken Stew

Ingredients
1 thumb sized piece of ginger,thinly sliced
1/4 cup dried longan
4 dried red dates
1/4 cup dried wolfberries
1lb chicken – your favorite cut ( I used wings here)
2 tbsp dark sesame oil
3 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 cup water
To Do :
1. Heat oil, saute ginger till fragrant.
2. Add in chicken, longan and red dates.
3. Stir fry for about 2min, then add wolfberries, water and condiments.
4. Bring to boil. Then reduce to Medium heat and leave to simmer for at least 1hr.
5. Serve hot with white rice.
Effortless Dong Gui Chicken

Ingredients:
4 chicken thighs / 2 full pcs chicken breasts
6 slices Dong Gui
1 heaped tbsp Kei Chi
2 tbsp Fish Sauce
sesame oil (optional)
To Do:
1. Combine all the above and leave to maserate for 15mins.
2. Steam on medium for 15mins.
Bebe’s Awesome Dong Gui Chicken

Ingredients:
2 chicken thighs or 4 drumsticks
1/2 tsp sugar
salt and pepper to taste
4 slices of dong gui
2 tbsp oyster or abalone sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
1 tsp wolfberry (qi zi)
3 tbsp water
To Do:
1. Combine all ingredients. Marinate a couple of hours.
2. Cook over medium heat. At a boil, lower the heat and slow cook till meat is tender
