4tsp instant yeast
1/2 cup flour
350ml coconut milk
pinch of salt
1tsp pandan paste
1 1/3 cup sugar
1 cup tapioca flour
To Do :
1. Mix A, set aside for 50min to an hour.
2. Separately, mix B together, heating up in 30sec intervals in the microwave, until sugar is completely dissolved.
3. Add C to A, beat briefly. Add in B.
4. Pour into a greased tin, leave to prove for 2.5hrs.
5. Bake at 340F for 15mins, then 300F till completely done.
