Ingredients
Filling
3 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 medium onion, diced
3 medium sized potatoes, cubed
3 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp chilli sambal (optional)
4 chicken tenders, cubed
1 tbsp chicken buillon
1 cup water
3 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
Pastry
2 cups AP flour
5tbsps shortening
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
To Do :
Filling
1. Heat oil, saute garlic and onion till tender.
2. Add chicken, cook well.
3. Add in curry powder, chilli sambal, water and seasoning. Bring to boil.
4. Add potatoes. Cook till fork tender, and gravy is reduced to paste.
5. Cool.
Pastry
6. Combine all ingredients.
7. Rest the dough for 1/2 hr.
8. Roll out dough to a 3mm thickness, cut into a circle.
9. Place filling in the middle, with a pc of hard boiled egg.
10. Crimp the sides up to seal.
11. Deep fry till golden and irresistable.
