Shepherds’ Pie

4 large potatoes
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp salt
1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper

1lb ground beef
1tbsp olive oil
1tbsp garlic
1/3 cup diced onions
1/2 cup frozen carrots and peas
1tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 pepper
1 cup mixed 5 cheeses

To Do:
1. Skin and cube potatoes.
2. Cover with just enough water, bring to boil for 15mins or fork tender.
3. Drain water. Place in mixer with creamer peddle.
4. Add sour cream, pepper and salt. Mash till creamy and smooth.
5. Heat oil in pan. Add garlic and ground beef.
6. When fully cooked, add onions, carrots and peas.
7. When carrots are cooked, add in tomato paste and seasoning.
8. Assemble. Line the bottom of an oven proof dish with the meat mixture.
9. Sprinkle cheese over this layer, and top with mashed potatoes.
10. Broil HI in the oven for 15min, or till golden brown and delicious.
